-If- it's a "3rd party application" that's interfering, I couldn't find much as to the specifics, but perhaps it's an app, or similar, you've downloaded about the same time you were having issues? Or that's how I would see it at least... however, it's only a potential diagnosis leading in the direction of what may be the source(s), not necessarily a fix.
