These are "sister mods" meaning they came from the same devs when they were working as a team under S+.

Use one or the other. I personally use SS because I prefer over S+. With the mods I use SS appears to work better.

As for load order, I was told the following as a general rule and it works for me.
1. anything that is map related.
2. anything that affects storing or stacking.
3. anything building or structure related. ie: SS/S+ one of the other. followed by CKF.
4. mods that automate resources. such as AA automated ark. be sure to use version 3 if you use.
Version 2 is no longer updated as far as I know.
5. skins/costumes
6. all others

You do have aome other duplicate mods as in mods that do the same thing. This can cause issues.
