If nobody wants to put the work into doing it properly, I can make you a quick mod that just makes the bridge lights red or at least redder, that wouldn't be a big issue.
A better mod would maybe not be pure 100% red, and would certainly replace the white additive light meshes with red additive light meshes instead of flat out removing them... But on the plus side, it took 15 minutes, and you have it now.
