how do i use nexus mods?

I have seen mods that that I want to use on the workshop that require me to download a mod from nexus. there are also mods on nexus that i want to use. what do I do?

If you only want to install a few mods, then register a profile on nexusmods, download the mods, then download Vortex. (The mod manager of nexusmods.) If your mods require it, install SKSE. (Skyrim Script Extender) After that, install the mods. If you want to install a large number of mods, then I'm afraid that you have to use mod organizer 2, which is pretty hard to use for a "novice" modder.
