Why can't I subscribe to the creative workshop

I subscribed the creative shop ,but it can't show

Hi,

please unsubscribe all maps, verify cache files for DKAS, clean Steam cache from Steam settings, place Steam in offline mode, reboot pc, subscribe again.

If persist, please post on pastebin.com the log file located in My Documents\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers\log.txt
