Mod that adds infinite gas producers?

You may need Geysers i some of Mineables and Custom worlds.

Not sure it will work with a lot of later changes

that may work, im mostly looking for something to produce gasses for creative testing

Also can edit attributes of an tank like nitrogen and add maximum pressure limits alongside more gas moles for almost infinity quantity.

Look for attributes mod example zip in streaming assets folder.
