how do I get a trigger for dropping new bros into a level? like how the final battle w/ Ultimate Satan does.

testing that, but I don't see it happening. I used a Time based trigger so that the bros would be dropped in after a few seconds but I don't see them.

Time triggers don't seem to do anything and Spawn Block Actions are not repeatable. So you'll have to make a set amount like developers did.

why isn't there just an easy way to make the level editor do what I want it to do?

You can loop a trigger that spawns the resource: hobro
with method: Free
And spawn a parachuting mook under it also.
