I'd like to thank those of you who actulley helped but your giving me no choice but to end this disscusion, thank you and goodbye (note im starting a new disscusion about the topic of my disscusion, in the new one anyone who caused the end of this discusion will be ignored or kicked on entry)

Roblox gets hacked a lot, maybe somebody got into your account and changed the password? That happened to me back in 2014, but I made a new account with a better password. Got sick of the bad community and scammers so I left, haven't been there for like 6 months.

@Millzie95 thanks for the suggestion but my roblox was not hacked, I got locked out by trying the same password too many times, has this happened to you before?

No, this has never happened to me. What happened to me was that I had a very, very easy to guess password, someone else got my username (probably a Guest) then logged in using the username and password for my account. They they changed the password after getting in, but username stayed the same since they charge R$ 1000 to change it these days and back then you couldn't anyway.

@Millzie95 this time its not so easy, I put in the wrong password 5 times and thats how I got locked out, but problem2 is that I can't change my password without being able to access my account (NOTE: get some other roblox friends to help, thousands of items and gamepasses are at stake here!)

Hmm, is there a password reset option? They should email or text you a link to reset the password if you provide your email address or cell phone number. We need to get back into your account, any ideas?

@Millizie95 there is a reset password option but every time I press it, it just says an email on how to reset my password has been sent when an email does not appear

Hmm, im not too familar with this. Maybe make another account and ask about it on the forums, an Admin might be able to help.

@FlyingSubSandwich12 Have you verified your account with your email? Because if you didn't, ROBLOX doesn't know who to send the e-mail to. Also, it makes it easier for people who hack into your account to just set the e-mail as theirs and make it even harder to get your account back, what Millzie95 said above me is a good idea, to ask an admin on the forums with a new account.

@THATSA PEEPO I didn't make my account, my dad/mom (probably my dad) made my account, so I need to know what they put in, wait this happened to you before? also some items my account has are precious to me, some can only be gotten once!
