What's with furries and weaboos in the workshop?
Can we get some real content?

Since we've create FaceRig as an open platform, users can create what type of avatars they like and share with the community. If you search through all the workshop avatars you will be able to find various type of models. You could as well create something of your own.

I am not as talented... yet. But the Japanese/furry content seems to dominate all but 2-4 avatars. I'm wondering as to "the reasons".

Japanese: because Live2D is japanese, so a lot of models where already available and quite easily converted to FaceRig
Furry: because they like FaceRig a lot :P If another community where to take great interest, for example the starwars community, you would probably see a lot of death-troopers, darth-vader's and similar avatars. People make what people like after all :P

What furrific said :)
To further elaborate on the furry connection:
A lot of furries, because of the stigma's attached to furries in the public eye, don't like having their irl faces shown on things like youtube videos or webcams, and so if they can have a 3d model, especially of an animal, that mimics their facial expressions, well thats perfect for them!
