Hi all,
I'm wondering if there is a mod that makes the following change or something resembling it.

"Once a territory is controlled, the mercenaries that the region produces continue to be available, but when purchased, the resources spent go to the player that controls the region."

Unfortunately I don't have the time or skills to make a mod that does this so if it doesn't exist already, I was hoping one of the many talented modders here might agree this is a good idea and either make it happen or add it to a mod they already produce. Assuming this is possible in the engine of course, I'm not much of a coder.
