Workshop Blueprint Trouble

I know I'm stupid, but how do I get the stuff I have put in a collection (parkitect blueprints from workshop) into my park? Someone help.

When looking at the entire catalog of items, there is a green + button on the bottom right corner of the thumbnail- click that. Then once you restart the game (entirely fresh load of the game, not just a scenario load) it should all be loaded in to your blueprints.
I dont know how to do it from the item page itself =/
