my model was about 500 bucks and thats on the more ''cheap'' end of Live2D models. if you aren't prepared to atleast spend about 250+ Bucks (and thats like the lowest i could find on CUSTOM model) then dont bother with a custom Livev2D model. rather go search for a premade one on Booth that can cost a fraction of the prices i mentioned. also i recommend you to search on twitter for an artist you like, you'd have more luck than on

additionally you're only asking for a peronal avatar that doesnt say much. you could mean model design or model art ready to rig or a fully rigged model. depending on which one, you might need to spend alot of money. there is more to consider like animations or even expression which you get charged for each additional you wan

but if you go on twitter you could maybe find someone that is new to Live2D and making art for rigging and asks for less money but you can see difference to bigger vtubers noticeably.

I can do art for rigging but then you'd have to spend on a rigging professional
