But since the author doesnt seem concerned about updating em, apparently anymore, you should just get rid of all choggi's mods. I know, sad, because some of them are essential, but its what it is. In the moment i finish my last run im done with this game. Without mods, there is absolutely nothing left.
What pisses me off the most is modders that say all the time "this mod works, already tested" and whatnot, and they are just lying into your face and the whole community. There are sooo many mods in the workshop that dont work or barely that is ridiculous. But as i said thats because this game is already abandoned.
Edit: Ohh, you posted a discussion to the mod page. Steam doesn't send me notifications to those.
Also, mod conflicts. I dunno what mod could be causing a conflict making yours to not work, but i dont think thats the problem. None of my mods touch the mysteries thing in any way.
I checked the logs and i dont see anything at all.
Also, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mods (play all mistereis is not the only one that had trouble with... ), just in case wasnt updated correctly, but no success.
> Whats up is that i dont like to see the workshop filled with non working and outdated mods.
That's every single mod workshop game on steam...
> for some reason i cant reply on the comments section
You don't own the game on steam, so you can't comment on mods for it. For next time (though it sounds like there isn't a next time for ya) if you got a github account you can open pr on my mods there, I'll get an email notification for it.
I've been busy working on my house, so when I have some free time I'll take a look at that mod.
You dont need to check the mod for me, im almost done with the game anyways. But i would love to see the mod removed from the workshop (and all the others that dont work), not for me, but for other people that will be frustrated when they realize half of them dont work. And for the health of the workshop itself.
Also im curious how did you make this mod work at all since many of the mysteries need pre-designed landing spots for whatever the mystery is spawning (spheres, cubes, etc). And they dont go away not even with terraforming. I dont see how this mod could work at all, but obviously at some point it did... if you say so.
Dont be in a hurry, it doesnt matter at this point anyways.
I came back to Surviving Mars after a break of some months. The game warned me:
When trying to activate the mod, the game said:
As per your tip in post #2 I uninstalled it but it is no longer available to install.
I'm just a small gamer who has no idea about all this but I can imagine this stuff costs you a lot of time, so I am not making any demands here, but if you could get it to work again, I would be super grateful. One of my favourite mods for sure :)
Figured it was something I'm doing and your not doing or your doing and I'm not doing, I'll give it another crack when I got more free time.
Soon after that is running, the game tells me Choggi's Library is no longer compatible xD Tried to find it at the same place, but no luck, or I must be looking wrongly.
