Need help removing Table Mountain from Synergies mod

Started a MP game with friends but unfortunately some folks have trouble with honor system and go to Table Mountain to obtain end game weapons, gear, etc, and stack armor to meet the stat requirements.

So now it trivializes the game as folks are running around in end game gear/weapons by lvl 20+

Also looking for a way to remove the stat potions that can drop, the one that give +5 to any attribute.

I would really love a way to disable the ability to TP to Table Mountain AND Map room all together, or a way to require a certain level in order to access them.

If anyone knows of a way to help me, please let me know.

I would recommend joining the Discord at the top of the website at Torchmodders.com and asking them within their Discord as they can answer modding questions for Torchlight_2 when they find time.
