Workshop mod marked as incompatible

I've had this mod up for about a week, and it's worked perfectly fine for others and myself during that time, however it has now been marked as incompatible with EU4.
I believe that this is either a mistake (as the mod works perfectly fine), or it was marked for another reason. My hunch is that someone was offended because it nerfs natives to pre-1.31 days. If that's the case, I think this is really dumb, could be wrong though.
Any help would be appreciated.

Usually that means it got flagged for something (e.g. copy right stuff). I guess you could ask steam support for the reason.

I don't have any copyrighted material whatsoever in the mod, everything it does is purely mechanics tweaks, and the only images for the workshop I used were screenshots of the game.
I have already contacted steam support, I'll post in this thread if/when they get back to me.
