Player character could start with journal or purchase it after that the mod updates to the text *should* be applied on each fresh load.
Very clumsy, so may not be worth the effort.
I think easier would be just have the journal as tips, that way the player could just update the tips.txt file. Naturally that would not be possible to read mid-game.
Re_Kenshi might be able to add such a feature tho. But I do not think they will add it.
We can only add to what is currently possible in the game.
Only new stuff we can do are meshes and animation's.
We can not add anything else.
