you need more than 200 slots? wow

wait, it's 200?! I ran out of slots too a few times in the past, is that new?

yikes it didnt feel like 200 - never realised i was carrying so many :)
its usually a bunch of notes, some arms and legs (for cooking), several different seeds, the basic materials, but extras always creep in from mods, like different types of metals, coins, and some cool chef tools too :)

but yes, its true ,there are many things that you might not get many of, but because im still learning what goes with what, i tend to carry them on me just in case.

then you get several items from a hyena etc, like meat, hide, pelt ,fangs, horns, or different meat from an ostrich, and feathers, eggs etc and all the different dyes :)

(actually i wonder if theres a way to disassemble dyes back into glass - i'll try the new 2nd edition of looting and disassembling) but yeah, i'll take a picture of inventory if you like :)

(it could also be the fact that i need to replace a lot more thralls that i had before the thrall xp leveling patch ,and often get lots of plant armour that doesnt stack)

I hit the slot cap the other day, from weapons collecting. 200 slots seems like a lot, but when you take the different things you pick up into account, it runs out pretty fast apparently. My largest collection looks like mats, but weapons and armor are also slot hungry.

I been hunting thralls too, and I've been hoarding stuff lol
I need to go put it all away, instead of going "ah, but I might need this!"

10x server you will do that with just iron ore in like 20 minutes of mining.

if you have a 10x server you should also use a stack mod. increasing the harvest rate without a proper adjustment of the stacksizes makes no sense in my opinion.

yeah vlad, ive got some mods that let me loot whatever the npc was holding, so usually their (randomly-determined durability) weapons, and some items, which i can either then put into the furnace to melt, or use some disassembling mods (and even the vanilla one for some) to get scrap bits of metal, and then another mod gives borax nodes to mine, which lets you re-melt/smelt back into some ingots :)

im really glad that everything has a use though (im a real life hoarder lol, and even made/still making a recycling mod for rimworld lol) but yes, 200 seems to fill up really easily with just half a visit to The Summoning Place :)

edit: there's also almost 1 of each possible item which can be "shade-spiced" to carry around for animal pets...if someone can do a mod sometime for extra slots, it will be really cool :)

just to check if this is actually something that can in theory be made? (at least if a modder or a dev would know if something like this to increase actual inventory slots is possible?

of course it is possible. it was always possible. only there seems to be no real need for it as you can easily see. over 2 years and there is still no mod
