I once had a great experience with Skyrim and mods.

I once made a detailed list with the best working mods for the ultimate realistic and immersive Skyrim experience, but that was about 10 years ago. I'm afraid trying to get that done today would be a nightmare because of how corrupt and destructive the internet has become. But if anyone has a good trustworthy guide how to get this accomplished, feel free to surprise me.

In the mean time I'll give it a try and see how far I get, until someone manage to hack my account, which is what's going on right now, where I have to keep changing password because Steam keeps bugging me to re-evaluate my account. Changing my password doesn't seem to help. Someone keeps getting access to it.

Most guide writers have moved to SE, but we still have plenty of people and presence in LE side. If you want to poke around such people, then come to main Skyrim forum for talks. Not many people follow the Workshop thread anymore.

And about your password: you do not have Steam 2FA in use?

No, I've never used those extra security features for any account and never had any problems, until now. I don't trust them where you have to give them your phone number etc. But nevermind that. Just here to ask for modding tips.

I'll take a look at the official skyrim community you mension. I have long since forgotten my password there though, and no longer have the email I used, but I do have the original discs I bought back in 2011. Maybe I can re-register the game with a new email.
