my personal opinion on the advanced powers specializations.
review:
shock army its just a upgrade(use a commander that has guards call in, guards are turned into red banner guards which give aoe buff to nearby infantry but if you really dont want to spetsnaz teams are great aswell)
tank rush is better than vanilla us tanks by far and your over exaggerating it but its just a ♥♥♥♥ panzercraft(although the is-4 is a pretty solid spam tank)
peoples revo is best, who would have thought cheap and surprisingly reliable units is really good in vanilla but it's effectiveness is reduced way more when modded resource generation is introduced.
soviet union commander abilities are REALLY good. IS-4m Vozhd is just a e-75/100 call in, isu-203 can penetrate german super heavy frontally, stalin's jackhammer is a stationary kriegsenderpanzer, spetsnaz teams are solid infantry. although this is a guide about the specializations

ostheer:
panzerkraft maus is a super funny tank. still a meme unless its modded resource generation(I usually play 3x resources and spamming mauses still drains resources to zero). great, just too high of a cost to be effective vanilla.
heavy infantry is imagine shock army units but stronger. viable but like war bonds would beat it(dont quote me on this but probably could assuming slowing down enough to the point where you can get t3 airdrop upgrade, then paradrop vulcans and win). not meta
japanese is like people's revolution but less go behind enemy lines. instead of martyr squads you get bomb trucks and instead of some vdvs you get snlfs.
i should probably mention that commander abilites are decent but not as signifcant as soviet, you really only get stuff like pak railguns and some other not as impressive stuff

usf
heavy ordnance literally a combination of heavy infantry and panzerkraft. it's supposed to have good stuff like super bazookas but super bazooka squads only get like one or two and you can give reserve rifleman 5. also t28 loses to most german heavy armor. vulcan shermans are nice if you can get one out fast enough
usmc buffed vanilla. its like shock army. except better(and airstrikes)
war bonds: my favourite, its just a complete meme honestly. cheap units+boosted generation. you can go offensive with high tech weaponry such as super bazookas and vulcans, or force a teammate to go german and drop them enough fuel so that they can get a heavy out before 10 minutes. I dont think its possible to get a heavy out before 5m unfortunately as unlock/build time is just too long. Also clutching a game is way easier when you can get 400 fuel every like 3 minutes or so that is not reliant on fuel points

i have a whole 2 games as uk(just recently bought it) and 1 of them are in advanced powers but apparently the trench warfare engineers can kill a okw sturmpioneer like one on one

okw
chem weapons panzerwerfer/stuka can literally lock down entire regions of the map with gas barrages. kind of actually weak stuff but this is more disable weaken and then kill. you never want to actually fight a fair fight, always weaken/disable your enemy with gas attacks. not 10/10 but very solid.
zombies is pretty good but the early game is harder because shamblers are pretty easy to deal with(even upgrade ones have low dps and its better to not upgrade because upgraded ones will shoot rather than bite and shooting has way lower dps than biting). highest tier zombie is just the "very" elite infantry like spetsnaz
wunder waffe is made for the people who literally just use obersoldaten and konigstiger. except wunder waffe gets elite infantry at med and repair hq trucks, and titan is way more annoying to make(long produce time, have to research it first, high cost that makes it not likely to appear in most vanilla 500 vp points games) which kind of brings me back to war bonds and why its a really really solid doctrine, german is good because they have tech, but the tech is very fuel expensive and it takes a long time to get one out and by the time you get a super heavy(konigstiger/geschlate tiger/titan/maus) the enemy(assuming they are somewhat competent) should have a good enough stockpile to at least fight it(not as difficult as it sounds a few full super bazooka squads can end them without much hassle)
back to okw:
commander abilities are pretty good. luftwaffe ground forces is kinda lame now but kriegsenderpanzer is good, jagdtiger is very good(weaker titan), pak43 is not railgun varient weirdly.
summary of my own opinion(not custom resource generation):
Shock: 7/10
Tank rush: 6/10
People's Revolution: 8/10

Panzercraft: 5/10(with war bonds providing fuel 8/10)
Heavy Infantry: 0/10(if you like infantry play: spammable: project phoenix, people's revolution, war bonds, elite infantry:wunder waffe, usmc, shock army. heavy ordnance has to be mentioned because exosuit specialists, super bazooka, vulcan)
Japanese 7/10

Heavy Ordnance: 5/10
USMC: 8/10
War Bonds: 9/10(offensive war bonds isn't as bad as it sounds, just make sure to speed to t3 air supply and arm your troops with vulcans/super bazookas)

Chemical Weapons: 8/10
Project Phoenix: 9/10
WunderWaffe: 10/10
