What's the use of putting mods if they don't work?

Hello, but do mods make sense here? I chose some mods on the Steam workshop but the game crashes as soon as I start a mission. A guide to tell me how to make them work?

Check the mods and ask their authors.

Some mods don't work together, some mods will have in their description if they need anything special or other mods.
