Mod Request: Mod to mass change production methods only if it doesn't ruin markets
I would love any mod that makes it so you can change production methods in a useful way. So if you change to one that needs railways and hold alt, it will only change in the provinces with enough railways, or it'll add enough railroads to the construction queue. Even more useful would be if it only changed methods in provinces where it wouldn't send the price of the new inputs skyrocketing.

Also useful would be a mod that adds ports and railways to the construction queue if market access falls below 95%. Either a button or automatically.
