Request: mod for Barcid start
It'd be too much work to do a 2nd Punic War start completely, but I spent hours just now trying to mod the regular start with all Carthage Iberian and W African holdings in a monarchy under the Barcids from the Iberian 2 mission, it didn't work great. Are there better tutorials than the Wiki?

use the cheat menu which can be found here in the workshop. it enables you to switch the government form of your country ;)
