Workshop problems

So I have subscribed to a lot of workshop weapon skins, but now if I want to remove some of them, I can't, because when I unsubscribe the weapon skins still remain in the game. And I've tried reloading the game a several times for the skin to remove, but does not seem to work. Any ideas what I could do to fix this issue?

Mad Filter has Contagion

You can uncheck those addons ingame to disable it. If you want to delete them you have to unsubscribe and delete them in the following folder: Steam\SteamApps\common\Contagion\contagion\addons

my game crashes when i go on to that menu cuz a skin for jessica is stuck there and i can't find it on the workshop cuz it keeps saying nothing is in there....
