My game doesn't save with mods on.
It normally works but with mods it doesn't.

It's normal. I don't know why, but everyone has that problem.

why not just disable the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ scoreboard while you have mods on ... that makes no sense and ruins the game.

Same issue :( Plus I lost all level save info on my not modded game. Not making me want to play at all.

This is basically the result of a BAD MOVE by the developer. The only other major developer I know of that did something similar to this was Chris Sawyer, the developer of "Roller Coaster Tycoon". For some unfathomable reason, Mr. Sawyer took bitter exception to people "cheating" in his game through the use of trainers (even though RCT was a SINGLE-PLAYER game with NO online components of any kind, not even leaderboards)! So, he decided to add an elaborate anti-cheat algorithm to "his" game that checks your save files for evidence of trainer use; and if this algorithm finds any such evidence (such as having money in excess of what you really should have), then the algorithm won't let that file open.

For those who don't know what a trainer is, a trainer is a type of cheat program that's designed to run in parallel to the game that it's designed for. What it does is allow you to alter game values that are in your computer's RAM such as score, health, number of lives, money, or whatever.

The ONLY thing to do about this CRAP is:

1. Spore* this game!!! That means: submit a "Not Recommended" review on the basis of this stupid game policy!

2. Tell all of your friends (online AND offline alike), THEIR friends, brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, uncles, aunts, and their pets NOT to buy this game! And tell them why: modded games DON'T save!!!

3. Do not pay for ANYTHING that might be in the upcoming "Orcs Must Die! Unchained"'s Item Mall! This is because you'd be giving money to this HORRIBLE company that's basically given the modding community an EPIC middle finger! If you do start playing "Orcs Must Die! Unchained", then PLEASE tell everyone that you can to NOT buy "Orcs Must Die!", "Orcs Must Die! 2", AND to not EVER, under any circumstances, make ANY kind of microtransactions in "Orcs Must Die! Unchained"! It will help, of course, to explain the reason: the "modded-games-in-OMD2-don't-save" nonsense!

* The origin of the term "to Spore" comes from the PC game "Spore", which had an IDIOTIC type of DRM! So a lot of people gave "Spore" negative reviews solely on the basis of said DRM, rather than on the basis of any of its gameplay content.

Even more dumb.

1. Mad idea to rate a game negative on this point.
2. Even more mad to tell people your dumb thinking.
3. F2P dumba.... dude.
For a game so focused on the humor and high scoring rather then say, modding, those ideas seemed coming from someone who bought the game solely to mod instead of the actually gameplay.

cz cheats ruin games....

Because Cheats are just for fun. Stop trying to do the whole campaign and use the cheats to get achievements.

I guess all those people who mod skyrim are just a bunch of dirty, no good, rotten cheaters. What a bunch of scumbags who want to have to fun in a game in a way that suits them or seems interesting to them. Man.. what a world we live in.

What kind of morons are some of you? Modding a game is not 'cheating', and the developer COULD have disabled the scoreboard or had it save the game in a different folder to begin with. As if ANYONE gives a flying crap about the scoreboard in this game anyway. Stop sucking their ♥♥♥♥♥ and realize when a simple mistake was made... saving should not be disabled because I don't want to manually click my attacks for instance... what a joke.
