friendly npcs?

Personal opinion but I think that in the editor option you should be able to add friendly npcs

Like ordinary police officers on standby; I like that idea. I think it might be possible if you code them in as re-skinned baddies but with the same faction as hostages, if that'd be something scripting in this game can handle.

This is something I've been thinking about modding in - I havn't tested anything so I don'y know if will work as I expect. I'll be starting work on this in the next few days hopefully.
