Looking for new planets.

You can do open-ended challenges, so it is possible to just do other planets and play freely.

Tanzia: Just because it was fast and easy, I made a disaster planet for you. It's a mountainous F class planet with all disasters active and frequent. It's free play and plays with regular game rules etc. I made it using 1.2.1beta so you will need that version to play it. DL the files with the link below and place them in Documents/Planetbase/Challenges. If you do not have a Challenges folder you will need to create it.

I set the difficulty rate at Overwhelming, but let me know if it should be changed. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome. Once 1.2.1 is out of beta I will UL this to the Workshop.

Okay. I've also made some easy free play versions of the 4 planets. They're in the workshop.

There seems to be confusion on what I am looking for:
**Standard play but visually new planets.**


I see some new planet looks but they have a bunch of missions or challenges (and honestly 1-2 look really childish). I want the regular game play just looking at something new with fitting enviromental elements..

Eg:
1. an earth looking planet with lightening/wind storms/some snow storms (so varied grass, dirt, water, rock)
2. A sand dune world with some rocks and maybe some dead trees with lots of sandstorms (Not perfectly flat, think like The Mummy movies or Star Wars deserts)


I admit I dunno jack about how this is done or I'd try myself but I'm hoping it's not too hard.

I am open to what people wanna create for looks just I'd like them to look half decent whatever they may be. I love the game, have a lot of hours in it, just a little bored of looking at the same 4 planets.

Okay, I get you. It's actually pretty easy to creat this type of challenge. I'll do one up for you and post the file here so you can see how it's done. Might be a few days, though. (or maybe not if I'm really bored)

Np, like I said, just very bored of the same 4 planets and I wouldn't have the slightest clue how to do something like that.

Can you add the milestones in?

Hell or high water is appealing to me also.

Is it possible to get that with the same set up and maybe a little more flat land.


I apologize if I am being difficult, I don't how complicated or easy these things are that I am asking.

The milestones aren't part of the challenge system so I can't help you there. I don't want to put a bunch of only slightly different projects in the workshop, but it's really not that difficult to make the changes yourself. If you want to give it a try and the guide doesn't help, PM me and we can go over it privately.

Seems fair, I'll live with it as is.

So when are you gonna make another new planet? :)
