Merged manual webserver?
So the game can generate a merged manual from the base game and any modules that mods add, and generates a PDF from the HTML files of the manual(On Windows, at least). There is also a mod that adds a web-based administration interface to the game.

But given that the manual is in HTML to begin with, can a mod access a merged HTML version of the manual, and serve /that/ over the web interface? Possibly enabling an Expert to "join" the Defuser's game and get redirected to said web interface to get that person's version of the manual with whatever mods they currently have installed?

It doesn't look like this is possible currently, but it seems like the capability is /almost/ there. Unless the merged manual is literally just appending extra pages to the PDF?

To add, is it possibly to just add a menu item to "save as" merged manual to the location user want. (Instead of going to appdata) Also, since you can't merged PDF in MacOS, why don't just zipped all pdfs together in a zip file? It will cause some difficulties opening all of them but it will at least work.
