One thing you could try is to clear game cache, then validate your install via the steam library. That should redownload and relink all mods.

A reinstall won't affect that, as a reinstall doesn't really touch those folders or the linking.
Yes, I mean a verify via properties in the steam library, and the clear cache via the button in the launcher. It needs to be in that specific order: clear first, then verify.
If that doesn't work I doubt you can do anything about it. ;(

it does not help. clear first, then verify and nothing works. the problem affect exactly his mods so I have no clue why exactly. I see that their file names are starting with Z../ZZ../ZZZ... anyway I do not understand why one day all mods were gone, as the easiest way is just quit automation and await 1.0 release.
