Is it possible to have something, either block or object, that blocks light but does not block movement. Meaning if you shine a flashlight on it, it would cast a shadow light a solid (or maybe translucent, like tinted glass?) block/object, but you can move through it without issue.

Or are lighting and movement inextricably linked to the point that any movable area cannot block light at all?
