Is there a mod mutation that's like this out there?
A mutation where if you go down, you instantly die. There's a valve mutation like this already but it doesn't allow respawns or medkits, which I don't really like.

not instantly die but too low hp when if you go down

Keep everything else as is, just deaths instead of incaps?

If you still want to make the mod, yes all I want is just insta death instead of downs.

If you do not want to make the mod, I completely understand and I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. Feel free to not respond if you do not want to do so.

The opening of the old Mr. Bean show gave me a comical idea for a mutation like this, where upon death your body floats into the sky with a spotlight and disappears once it hits the height limit, and instead of respawning from closets and outhouses you just randomly land to the ground and rise out of the get up animation with the same spotlight mid-gameplay.
