Stop complaining to legitimate mod authors.

I'm seeing a alot of negative comments and flags on legitimate mods in the workshop.

If you find something does not belong here like pirated or homebrew games, Thats fine. just report it and move on.
If the mod/hack does not belong to the user that posed it, Tell the Original Mod Author or Copyright holder if it breaks copyright law.

Please don't harass mod/hack creators with negative comments or emails.
I guarantee Moderators and Copyright Owners see your reports/emails and they will take appropriate action if any action needs to be taken.

This! stop being the cops , the mods thing are between sega, mod owner and the uploader just report and move on , i will start reporting abusive comments in mods, steam has a strict policy against backseat modding.

And how do you plan on reporting comments when there isn't a button to do so lol

That's only on forum posts, that flag doesn't appear on comments under a Workshop item.

Well I dont know if this the right way but you can go the there user page and report them directly. there is a reason box were you can tell them about the users behavior on steam workshop.

it would take years before someone was disciplined for it, anyway the way Sega setup the workshop is broken. And it seems the mods and admin or devs don't read reports at all.

I agree, I don't mind people uploading their own homebrew games but I come to the workshop to play mods of games, not play pirated copies of other games, unlicensed games or having to resubscribe to mods because they keep getting taken down due to not having permission...
