@Jenndragonfly, make sure the clouds are off. If it's still a bit laggy, that's because the base game itself isn't optimised (they need all the features working before they do that).

Water is not a feature of the game as it is hard to create it realisticlly in this type of game (full physics and sandbox design). Having said that, it may get added one day in the future....

i did add a mention for a water texture we can paint over a lowered area and to be able to reduce the opaqueness of the texture, maybe an animated texture would be better than nothing at this point.
