no possibility to cut down trees I've planted...
and also my planted chestnut trees don't produce any sticks. When i realised that, got very disappointed. That's non realistic at all and makes me struggle in getting enough wood sticks. It's a must to fix that. What do you think?

well, it's a "good quality" tree (produces many sticks and wood). I get food from my animals and need trees for other resources, not food.

You can remove planted trees by selecting and deleting them, like you do for buildings.

I know that, but deleting them doesn't give me wood resources. What I wanted to say is: it's not realistic that you can't cut down a tree you've planted and that it doesn't produce any wood resources (sticks).

I think that to make it more realistic, but also to avoid transforming the action of removing a fruit tree into a "generalized cut of wood", it would simply be necessary to make appear on the ground one or two logs of wood (randomly) when an adult fruit tree is removed.

Have a good day ! :coffeeTLD:

It's a food source, no actual reason to cut them down.
