how to add pics

can somone tell me how to add pics to a discution i want a 4x4 made the same as mine but to run the same as one already in the workshop and i will donate cash to whom ever builds it for me i want it good quality

I'm not sure, but I don't think Steam will host pics. You have to use a hosting site and place the link to the pic in here. I use "Photobucket". It's free and works great.
