I'm unsure if it's possible to do that with blender, I've only found one tutorial for meshes for Titan Quest here: https://titanquestfans.net/index.php?topic=667.0
While working with my own mods, I *have* gotten custom models in. They're incredibly janky, the lighting on them is wonky, and I don't even fully remember upload models, given the program I had to use was some 3rd party tool made by some person on the internet.
On top of that, I have no education on using Maya.
At best, I can offer services as a blender modeler, if that's any useful to you.
