When i try to upload a mod to the workshop the game freezes and steam crashes

I've been making a simple mod, (i'm new to modding) but i have the in question mod made and everything but the game keeps freezing and steam keeps crashing and i don't know whats causing it, Any help?

Don't be worry about that. I think it's just a problem with Steam server. What you need to do is just wait for a few hours. When I uploaded my mod for the first time, I had the same problem as you.
