I was having an issue earlier, game was wanting to update or something, it was stuck at 82% and was repeatedly saying " Starting Download, Downloading, Stopping Download. " I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and booted it up to expect my mods to be there, I go to open workshop layouts and it says something along the lines of " Empty ". I have checked my subscribed workshop and I have the mods I had last night, I simply cannot use them.
