The Grand Combination mod for Vicky 2 is one of my favorite mods for that game due to the massive amount of changes to the map and added flavor for a large variety of different countries, and I think it would be awesome if someone could recreate it in Victoria 3, this time with the decentralized nations and colonial governments represented. Does anybody know if there are active plans to implement this in Vicky 3?
