Is DLC needed to download ships made with it?
If I make ships using the parts from the builders DLC does someone else need to have the DLC to use them? I would assume yes, but since you can't just edit a downloaded design and move the parts around I thought maybe you wouldn't.

Wouldn't you need the smae DLC if that ship was made with parts that are exclusive to that DLC?

Devs fixed this awhile back so if you download a ship from workshop it keeps all the ship parts used to make it.
