ZONES broken, help me

I need help, I made job zones, cell zones, shu zones, canteen zones, every zone. But job zones and the canteens zone aren't working

I put zones but it glitches out and the prisoners just stay standing where they have rollcall, they won't even do their jobs

I'm in the creator mode and I cant finish it cause I cant add the zones

Go to the menu where you pick layers (Underground, vents) and pick 'Zones' then take your mouse and highlight the zone where you want to make a zone
