How to play items from the workshop?

I downloaded a tank from the workshop and i dont know how to load it.

When you are on the main menu
Workshop > install subscribed items > to main menu > Load > _workshop

When you push install subscribed items, it should say something that its been added, if not, it might be already there

When I do it it unsubs me to the items
