Mods not downloading

So I decided to do something stupid and manually deleted all of my modded files via my steamapps, and none of the mods redownloaded onto my game. I've already verified my game cache, reinstalled, etc. I have no idea how to fix this

already tried to unsubscribe, close Steam, reboot pc, subscibe again all mods?

Hi, try this:

- unsubscribe all mods
- put Steam in offline mode
- reboot the pc
- try to subscribe again the mods.

Done all of that, including changing my download region and clearing my dl cache.

I fixed it by doing it manually, aka getting the mod link and using steamworkshopdownloader and placing them in my mods folder themself. thanks though!
