It doesn't make sense to me that employees level up and I have to pay them more but they're skills don't improve at all unless I dedicate research points to train them, research points that desperately needed for other things, like getting decent topics and researching new tech for improved game engines.

Maybe a mod that just removes the RP requirement from the training, so I can train employees without spending research points?
