Can't change visibility option.

Hey there.
I've uploaded my campaign on Workshop, but I can't change visibility options. As a matter of fact, I don't even have a "public" option in the dropout menu. Why is that?

I figured that it might have something to do with a "limited account", which prevents you from uploading content if you haven't spend 5$. However, previously I did publish two Duke Nukem maps, so what's causing it?

Hey there.
It turned out that I indeed had a limited steam account which forbids access to some of the steam features including workshop. Basically you have to spend 5 US dollars overall on Steam in order to remove the restrictions. Gifts don't count.

At the moment of posting this thread I only spent 3.90 $. I bought a game for a buck and a half and the issue solved itself, even though it still doesn't explain how I'd managed to upload DN3D levels.

Before sacrificing your money be sure to check the Steam Support page about Limited Account and check the amount of money you've spent (you can do that on the same page).
