Ground dweller settings
Hi!

How does a ground dweller's distance from the ground get calculated? I thought it's dependent on the base bone placement but so far that does not seem to be the case.

Yes, I believe it should be the base bone placement that does it. This will be auto-aligned with the height of the sand. Can you look at the Blue-legged hermit crab as an example and see how it's done there?

Hmm. It looks to me that more than the placement of the base bone itself, it's the position of the whole in comparison with the world plain in C4D.
