Even if you do make mods, I won't be able to see them as there's something wrong with Goat Simulator. I am unable to download any mutators from the workshop properly anymore. If someone told me an 100% way of how to fix this, I would greatly like it. I know this is off-topic, but I really need help downloading mods off the workshop.

You don't see those mods because they haven't been updated by the mod author since the last time that Coffee Stain updated the game. Mods and mutators work just fine but the author has to constantly keep updating them when the game gets updated.

So, even when I force load them, they don't appear?

If you have subscribed to a mod and you clicked the Force Load button and they still don't show up, you probably need to verify the game cache to force Steam to download files that are missing...

I got it to work now. All I had to do was download the amount of Goat Simulator mods that it would let me, then cut and paste those mods into a temporary folder. I downloaded them mods that wouldn't download and they downloaded, so I put back the ones from the temporary folder back into the Goat Simulator folder and now everything works out fine.

tl;dr I think I just had too many workshop items.

Oh yeah, and to make maps, you need to download this thing called Goat Simulator Development Kit. It's basically just UDK but with Goat Simulator props 'n' stuff instead. If you're stuck on making maps, then just type in google UDK tutorial and something should pop up.
