Wie erstellt man UGC? / How to create UGC?
Gibt es dafür ein spezielles 3D Programm oder ist es bereits Teil von RCTW?
Is there a special tool for creating UGC or is it still part of RCTW?

Du kannst dir mal Unity anschauen... es gibt seiten im Netz die tonnenweise UGC anbieten kostenfrei :)
dann kannst du sie in Unity anpassen wie du magst (sie müssen aber Kompatibel mit RCTW sein :)

Am besten google einfach 2 min...
