Mod question

is there a mod that makes regular physics items do more damage then almost 0? and also one that damages headcrabs when smashed or thrown into a wall

also how do you have multiple items in the launch options for HL:A? since I just have "-novid +hlvr_continuous_normal_speed 200 +hlvr_continuous_combat_speed 200" and one other so will that work?
