Multiple trophy spawns?

Is there a way to make the map spawn multiple "non-permanent" trophies spaces (like the horror murder map)?

I know you can make custom spaces that gives trophies, but if i understand correctly they can only be permanent?

You can create an event to make a space not be available anymore using a prefab and setting the childobject to that space, board events like this can also block off a space but players will be able to just pass right through the object
