Using non Workshop Combined with Workshop Mods?

is it possible to use normal Mods from WoG in Combination to the Workshop Mods? We all know Gothic is always a ♥♥♥♥♥ when it comes to modding and the dreaded Access Violation, so does anybody know if you can use both Workshop and Normal mods combined with the comfortable Workshop launcher?

Hey I am asking myself the same thing and could not figure it out yet. If you just try to cheese steam by renaming Gothic2.exe and change GothicStart.exe in Gothic2.exe, you can start the Gothic Starter by using the steam workshop, but you can not run anything from there as it states that it is already running Gothic2.exe which obviously it isn't.
Has anyone come up with something?
